"Had an accident back in September "not my fault " contacted Lisa and explained to her that the other people's insurance was giving me the run a round. She asked some questions and patched me in to someone in claims and they got the ball rolling. Thanks to Lisa I had my claim settle very quickly"

"If there were more than 5 stars, Brian Gibbs would get 100. There's no insurance agent with a better staff. Lisa, the office manager, is hands down the best. "Communication was terrible with their Agency. I changed vehicles and they told me the rate was going down around $10 / month. Then I get a bill that is almost $90 higher. I reach out to see what happened because I don’t renew for 4 more months. The producer says she doesn’t know what happened and she’ll look into it. 9 days go by and I don’t get any communication from them. I reach back out and they say oh well it went up after it went back to underwriting.. okay so why wouldn’t you tell the customer that change of information?! They didn’t apologize or show any regret for the lack of communication."
